I dare say they use the term perjoratively, but most of the loony loopy luddite liberals do not know what a neo-con is.

As for the bill, we can hope that the face on it goes the same way as the bill - into trivia contests.

I know. Big health care companies, insurance companies CEOs, CFOs and COOs and GTFOs too.  Those people need their feathers ruffled. I would say plucked too.
