I cannot fathom the cold, sadistic, uncaring and uncompromising hatefulness that could produce such an action. I'll tell you one thing: If anyone thinks that a personality that could believe and do such a thing is capable of compromise (the key to our system), then welcome to her. I will never vote for her or the person who can physically stand next to her! I would fight to defend her right to believe and express her opinion, but to have such a heartless and cruel set of values? Puts her beyond my comprehension. It seems the Ideology people find great reasons and justifications to be cruel and sadistic to others, forgetting this: Do unto others as you would have them do unto you.

This is one of the many problems our country has now. First off, you probably have never been in the service, so what gives you the right to make this kind of statement. I served in Vietnam myself and did it because then like today I feel that if i want to enjoy what America has to offer i should do my part and help defend her. You as with so many others seem not to realize what John McCain and some 55,000+ other people (Who Died) did for you and me.

The writer is me, that is my blog. And you're damn right, it's MY body (or any other woman's body) an no other person has the right to tell me what I can or cannot do it with. If your sister/daughter/niece was brutally raped and became pregnant because of it, would you further punish her by forcing her to have that child? THAT is inhumane.

And abortion wasn't the only issue I was concerned with, watch the video. Equal pay, health care, paid family medical leave, etc, all of which McCain (and thus Palin) seem to vote against.

The white hot hatred the so-called "women's movement" has against Sarah Palin exposes the lie.  The "women's movment" fights for equal rights, equal opportunity, equal pay for women, but is ready and willing to sacrifice anything as long as your god is given its sacrifice.  The sacrifice that god demands is human beings from the womb.  Some are even willing to sacrifice newborns to the god.

If a woman or man believes that abortion is birth control then let them pay for it themselves, and if they can't then they pay the kid's way.

If they can't, then a job is found for the father and mother and someone (court appointed) manages the finances.

Oh really?  What part of the fetus has the mother's DNA? What part of the mother regulates the fetus's metabolism?  Name one organ, tissue or cell does the fetus and the mother share?  What part of the mother regulates the respiration rate, blood pressure or pulse of the fetus?

The answer is NONE.  A fetus is an individual organism, with all the traits that define an organism.  The fetus has DNA consistant with that of Homo Sapiens (Human Beings).  Only living organisms have metabolism, regulate their own metabolic functions and have DNA; No species has DNA consistant with any other species.

All these facts of human physiology say that "due to human physiology" the lady is dead wrong.

Wrong, Ted. Her body is 100% hers, not yours. The fetus is a "guest" and the owner of the house decides when a "guest" is wanted or not.

Get used to it. Get over it. Not everyone believes your way or at all. And, it's not your business. What goes on in her body is her business.

How can you defend rape and incest? Do you and others who believe as you do have to control everything in the name of a diety? Do you really believe in talking snakes, Ted? Slavery and Abortion are both actions justified by laws and courts that deny the humanity of one group of people, allowing for ownership of that target group.  They are both inhuman actions perpetrated by bigots.  Both have been justified as "constitutional" even though they are blatantly Anti Constitution, anti American and Inhuman.

Doesnt matter if  Mc Cain supports abortion or not, congress is democratic controlled, so making abortion illegal will not happen.  Plus there are republicians that are aginst making abortion illegal.  So whats the beef.  Whichever becomes president, I only hope that either the senate or house if controlled bu the opposite party.  If not we're in trouble.  No checks and balances.  Something we learned about in high school back in the 60's.  Don't know what they teach now, if anything.  But Bebi knows how I'll vote.
